CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
Reservations will only be considered as confirmed upon receipt of the deposit required (30% of the total amount of the stay with a minimum charge of 1 night).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
During low and mid-seasons, in the event of cancellation up to 7 days prior to the anticipated date of arrival, the requested deposit will be totally refunded. For any cancellation made within 7 days of the anticipated date of arrival or no show, the deposit will be kept by the hotel.
During high season, in the event of cancellation up to 15 days prior to the anticipated date of arrival, the requested deposit will be totally refunded. For any cancellation made within 15 days of the anticipated date of arrival or no show, the deposit will be kept by the hotel.
In case of an early departure, the entire stay initially booked will be invoiced.

TIME OF ARRIVAL
We will do our very best to ensure that your room is ready as early as possible. However, official check-in time is from 3 pm onwards. All reservations are kept until 6 pm. Please let us know if you plan a late arrival.
TIME OF DEPARTURE
All rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.
Failure to check-out by this time will result in the billing of an additional night’s stay. During low season, should you require a late check-out please contact reception who will endeavour to make the necessary arrangements. Please note however that a late check-out may not always be possible and is subject to availability.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Additional rollaway beds for children up to 12 years old only ma be placed in certain room categories at a rate of 50 € per night.
Baby beds can be provided and are free of charge. Please inform us at time of booking should you require a baby bed as this may not always be possible last minute.
Pets are accepted at the hotel for an additional fee of 10 € per night.
Local tourist tax is 1.65 € per day per person.
